Employees within an organization are expected to perform well, more effective, more efficient, more flexible and creative acting. The measures to be taken will be indicated by program management: purposeful, the core process, structure and define, cooperation and implementation: program clusters, priorities, program monitoring.

Everything must be done at once, and everything should be finished by tomorrow. Programs, projects and other activities running in parallel, work is adding up constantly. Customers, suppliers, governments and administrators, everyone has his desires in contact with organizations. They want to see results: it must be correct in one time, it should be ready and ‘I do not want to pay too much’. Situations where many people are faced with on a daily basis.
A consistent approach is often necessary in order to meet such desires. Program management is an appropriate approach, because not only the products, services and results are key, but even more the goals: the desired improved society or for customer and employee an enjoyable organization. Before that temporarily do the right things, in a clear order of priority, with the necessary resources (time, money, quality and attention). That is program management.
